I printed my demo at 100mm tall for the bust and used the same % scale (125%) for the plinth... I suggest maybe taking off .2mm off external dimensions on the plinth as that pin is a tight fit...

I am a retired pensioner, producing models as full-time as an old creature can. Currently, my designs are limited by my very slow 100mm/s 14cm cold bed printer with no AMS.

I tilted the head over so it faces up at an angle with minimum s in front of the face... then used auto s. less than 10% infill should be enough, gyroid or 3d...

Sorry for the text on my plinth looking rough it was a error, I thought the pause should have been earlier so manually stopped the machine, then when it did the pause, I thought the print was done and pulled the plate out while there were a few more layers of white to go on...

Printed 2 walls, 0.12mm layer, outside then inside order.
Print at a suitable resolution for the scale you select.

I used some cheap red PLA and just sprayed it black with a Rustoleum Plastic paint, spray can for some class.
I give mine a light dusting of gold from the top to keep the shadows and it honestly looks like brass or copper busts from 2 steps away. The photograph doesn't do it justice.

I include the original .OBJ file, it has no hole but will balance by itself. It has colour profiles for Bambu Software if you like to play with that....

Print Settings (General Recommendations - Fine-tune to Your Specific Printer):
* Layer Height:
* FDM: 0.08mm - 0.20mm is CRUCIAL for capturing Freddie's distinct facial features and details.
* Resin: 0.05mm or finer.
* Infill (FDM): 5-15% generally provides sufficient strength for a display piece.
* s:
* FDM (STL Version): Yes, Expect to the chin, nose, ears, and potentially some hair overhangs. Tree s (organic s) are highly recommended for easier removal and a cleaner surface finish.
* FDM (Multi-Color .3MF): The pre-painted .3MF file may be optimized for minimal s or include strategically placed s. Review in slicer.
* Resin: Requires careful orientation and a robust strategy.
* AMS Printing (.3MF File):
* Ensure your filament order in your Bambu Lab AMS (or similar system) matches the color assignments within the provided .3MF project file for correct output.

Assembly:
* The model consists of two main parts: the Bust and the Plinth.
* The bust is designed to sit securely on the plinth. For a permanent fixture, a small amount of adhesive (e.g., super glue, epoxy) can be applied to the point between the bust and plinth. Ensure alignment before the adhesive sets.

Finishing (Make Him Stage-Ready!):
* Multi-Color Prints: Minimal finishing should be needed beyond careful removal on plinth.
* Single-Color STL Prints:
* After removal, light sanding (especially on interface areas) can prepare the surface for priming.
* A good quality primer is recommended before painting.
* Acrylic paints are excellent for bringing out the details. Research Freddie's iconic outfits for color accuracy or let your creativity flow!
* Consider a matte or satin varnish to protect your paintwork.

Safety Standards:
* Primarily for Decorative Use and Collection.
* This is a detailed model and not a toy. It may contain small parts if printed at a very small scale or if pieces break off, which could pose a choking hazard for small children.
* Not intended for food . Keep away from direct, prolonged sunlight if printed in PLA to prevent potential warping over time.
