3D model description
Design is to be printed out in separate parts in the corresponding colors to eliminate the need to paint. This also allows everyone to be able to print this design regardless of what printer you are using.
Why so Waluigi?? HA HA HA!
So glad to be releasing two of my favorite villains mashed into one amazing model. I was so thrilled with how this character came out!
Currently the standard size Joker Waluigi stands roughly 8.5 inches or 216mm once completely assembled. Quite a bit taller Than my Batman Mario design.
I don’t recommend scaling this down without changing to a 0.2mm nozzle as there are really small details in the eyes, and green hair that might not print out without a smaller nozzle.
I found that enlarging him up to 195% he stood closer to the same height as the 210 version of Batman Mario and the two looked fantastic together.
I did have to make adjustments to the design to keep the clearances tighter and parts fitting together correctly. Please use the 195 version to print out a large figure of this wonderful design.
195 Joker Waluigi stands roughly 15 inches tall or 381mm when completely assembled.
Printing…
Once again, I have meticulously removed the need for for all the printed pieces of the design.
Assembly…
Should be fairly simple. Dry fit everything in place before adding glue.
I highly recommend PLA Gloop, if you can get your hands on it.

Starbond Adhesives make a good CA or super glue alternative at a lower price point. I recommend the Medium or Thick formula. I would defiantly pick up some Accelerator if your planning on using the Thick formula.
I tried to keep the assembly of this design as simple as possible. I keyed the right-side parts with semi-circles and the Left side parts with triangles. Hopefully this will help you get the right parts in the right places.
The biggest thing to keep in mind is the overlapping parts in the main Face. The black mouth part gets inserted First. Followed by the White teeth and then The Red tongue. Next attach the Pink Nose and finish up by glueing the Black mustache pieces in place.
Both arms are split and when ed with the appropriate half they create keys on either ends of the arms. I recommend putting a small amount of glue in between the two halves of one arm and in the appropriate hole for the hands. Press the two halves of the arms together then immediately slide the completed arm into the appropriate hand to hold the two halves together.
Suggested Filaments
I got to say I tried a ton of Matte filaments before, but the best colors I have seen are defiantly Ziro Matte PLA. The colors of this filament are extremely vibrant and beautiful.
