3D printer file info

3D model description

Eleventh type of all my EDF, from 64 to 150 mm.

For this Monster I suggest to use:
- Nylon carbon filament for rotors.
- Nylon filament for bodies.
- Use simply PLA or LW Pla only for Tail Cones.
- Other parts you may print in Pla with fiber.

Note: Drawed photo are similar for all edfs! But on this biggest type I have accurate set of photos, another time, similar for all my edfs.

150 mm EDF for all capable huge rc airplane, jets, boat, and other.

4 rotors, each three time different: for 8 or 10 or 12 mm shaft motors.

Two different edf's: for inrunner and for outrunners motors.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS:

WARNING!!

This object may cause seriously eyes injury without experience and balancing knowdlege!
It's strickly avoid for beginners.
Rotors run at high rpm and only experienced modellist must use it.

3D printing settings

0.4 nozzle.
0.13 layer for rotors and internal bodies.
10 perimeters for rotors and for bodies. 6 Perimeters for Intake lip.
Infill 48 % Gyroid (expecially for internal bodies)
for internal bodies and Arms (zigzag 7% density)
Brim.
max 40 mm/sec speed.
No cooling.
